IR Sauna

Our Infrared Sauna is different than traditional saunas and has incredible benefits. The heat used in our IR Sauna dives deeper into the tissues in your body without heating up the external air to unbearable temperatures. This allows a deeper and more intense sweat for longer periods of time. The IR sauna dilates and relaxes your blood vessels which increases blood flow, leading to decreased tension in joints, reduced muscle soreness and enhancing your recovery post exercise.

Cold Plunge

Our cold plunge is set to 34 degrees Fahrenheit. It is important that at first, you slowly acclimate your body to the cold water. spending 30 seconds to 1 minute and then gradually adding on more time in the cold plunge the more sessions you participate in. Submersing yourself in cold water has great benefits such as
